I can not begin to tell you the horror stories that occur at my building. At one time I was so proud to live there and now it is no more than a housing project. I agree also re: the comments on the amber lights. They gave the property such a warm glow. Just try to complain to Equity management about situations - you can't find an address. I've tried!! I would like to add that the other stories about not receiving leases prior to the 60 days is correct. I have lived here many years and never received a lease when the office said I did. I checked with other tenants and they also had never received their leases. I now have given them the 60 days notice to vacate, via a certified letter. I have the return receipt so I hope my remaining days will not be further disturbed with the poor quality of management. The only people I can say that have been respectful were Jane (I understand that she is now gone) and Carl and Brian on the Security gate.
