Negotiate well about rent. You might find one day that your next door person is paying $200 less in rent than you. I have seen huge differences with in a span of 15 days.

Others
------
Very difficult to deal with office staff. Very rude.

The rules change by hours and from person to person.

One should see the words in the letters they send to a house about a policy etc.... so rude.

They force you to take liability insurance. It just costs $10. I do not know whether it is a good policy or not. I just took it.

Rest, I have nothing to complain and nothing to praise.
