I know, there are comments about people just not being nice and writing horrible things on here. Maybe they were blessed with the one amazing apartment in this complex, because the rest of the comments seem to be similar. I moved in last July, and left 3 weeks later. The day I moved in, we called maintenance to replace the screen door (could not access the balcony because the door was broken) and they relined the glass door. Shouldn't that have been checked before I moved in' I was told if stains were left on teh carpet it would be replaced prior to moving in. The stains were there, and the carpet was washed, but they were there when I moved in. The bathroom ventilation was filthy and throwing dust back into the apartment. I immediately saw small weird black bugs in the kitchen adn told them, along with water damage on teh walls in teh living room. A week went by, the little black bugs (not ants) were into everything, all boxes I had in the kitchen, etc and silverfish appeared. Absolutely disgusting. The leasing consultants all lived in teh same building I was in, and somehow they "didn't have" these in their apartments. 2 weeks later, water was dripping from the ceiling. 3 weeks later, I took advantage of the management company policy "if you are unhappy within 30 days of moving in, you can get out of the lease free of charge". I moved to another town and into a great apartment.
