The place was the worst living experience I have ever encountered. Windows leaked, bugs all the time and a very difficult staff to deal with. Trying to get a repair was a joke. Never showed up when they said they would be there and if they did job was never completed. The leasing consultants and managers were the rudest people I have come across in a retail or sales type atmosphere. Corporate should take a long hard look at there employees at this property and install some type of training on how to deal with customers who are paying mortagae size rents. I would actually go out of my way to not recommend this property.

Totally disagree!! I have lived here over a year and I can truthfully say that I have never experienced a home as well-cared for and with such a friendly and kind staff as Granada Highlands. I am proud to call Granada Highlands my home! When I arrived, it was all painted and new for me--I fell in love with it immediately. The sunsets (and sunrises, too!) are absolutely gorgeous up here above the city. It seems more rural than urban, yet the city is only moments away. Very peaceful--and convenient! Frankly, it doesn't seem real what these people are complaining about. They cannot be talking about the same place, I feel.
