If you are a normal person with decent standards for living, DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE!

My girlfriend and I lived in Granada for one year and in the time we were there we experienced. . .
-Her car getting broken into while parked right outside the apt in view of the window (and the "security" at the gate was worthless since I wasnt allowed to view the video tapes even though I saw the car as the theives were leaving)
-I had a pair of shoes (worn but relatively new) taken from me when I left them in the hall for about a minute to run back in the apt for something
-constant construction inside and out, as soon as a tenant moves out they swarm in to remodel making the surrounding apartments almost unbearable to be in between 8 and 6 due to the banging sawing etc. . .
-laundry facilities that if working would make clothes dirtier rather than cleaner
-I found a spoon, matches, and a used hypodermic NEEDLE in a plastic bag in the trash room!!
-Constant annoyance of fire alarms going off
-Apartments with 10 non english speaking tenants that used the parking lot as a hangout in which they would blast car stereos and drink beer then peel away with the tires of their Altima screeching on the way out
-Indian family next door always stinking up the hallway like curry and ass from propping the door open so they can make an attempt at supervising the 5 kids playing out there
The cons definitely outnumber the pros at this complex! The apartments are a good size but NOT LUXURY LIVING as they advertise! I will say that the view from the backside of the complex was nice being able to see the boston skyline as well as the beach in revere but that was probably the only real nice aspect of living there!
