I just recently moved to Granada Highlands about five months ago. I just wanted to let other people who are trying to find a safe, clean, and nice environment, that this a great place to call home. My wife and I spend a lot of time here and can't say we have ever had to deal with loud music, rude neighbors, rude staff, or lack of parking. This is why to our surprise when a friend pointed this website out to us, we were astonished to see such negativity on here about the place we call home. Nothing that we read seemed to be an appropriate picture of this place. I happen to use the gym a LOT and love how spacious and well equipped it is. My wife and I also enjoy playing pool in the pool hall. We go for walks every night with our dog and feel completely safe. Maintenance has always come withing 24 hrs when I have made a call, and I have made a few, the place we are in is a little bit older, but still very nice. Things just need a little work now and then. Other than that we love it here and would not ask for anything else. Until we buy a home we will remain at Granada Highlands.

Do you still live at GH? I am looking at this complex - and am wondering if you can tell me anyting about the neighborhood, grocery stores in the area, is it near the T, are you still happy here? Anything would be helpful. Thanks!

I just moved here too. please read. Your opinion will change if you ever get water in your apartment. MPA did nothing for me. The water came down from apt. 509,to 409 to 309 to 209 my apartment and 109. I walked into a mess. they never called me to warn me, never gave me instructions, never paid for my damages, abandoned me in a time of crises. I wrote a letter to the president of MPA, Vise President the whole management team and never recieved a response. You would think I never paid my rent. I am a excellent resident and was treated like trash. I also wrote to the boston globe, because they wrote an article in the boston globe that contridicted everyhting I experienced. I can't wait until my lease is up.
