I experienced water damage to my apartment. A pinhead on the 5th floor put her wedding dress on the sprinkler and and hit her wedding dress and the sprinkler broke. The water came down from the 5th floor apartment 509, 409, 309, 209, 109. Needless to say, my life has changed from that day on. I just moved here and this has been the worst experience of my life. The MPA management team did nothing for me. They fixed the building and left the person inside to die. They did not answer any of my questions, give me any deductions from my rent, they never called me to see if I was dead or alive, I am stuck with the bills, stuck with the emotional, physical and mental drama it has brought on me. I talked with some of the other tenants which received water damage and they received the same treatment. One thing MPA is not partial, because the exact same answers they gave to me (which was Zero Answers), they gave to the other water victims. The left everyone to figure it out for themselves. One tenant told me he asked MPA if he could break their lease and the office manager (John Z) said NO. How ruthless, you put someone through a terrible situation they did not ask for and make them stay until their lease is up. The office staff act like they don't know anything, they were all trained to shut their mouth. They are ruthless also. However, you watch, they will all loose their jobs. They should think about it. If the Management Team treats their tenants as they do, they are next in line. They will not have their jobs pretty soon. Also, this place will not be successful the way they treat their tenants. There is no way success can come on a place like this. Pretty soon this place will be a ghost town. There will be a new name, not MPA, but "THE GHOST COMPLEX". I know when my lease is up, i am out of here! See ya, and would not want to be you.

Umm...ever hear of Renter's Insurance??? It would have covered any property damage you experienced due to the sprinkler mishap. It is quite inexpensive too. Why is it that no one wants to take responsibility for themselves these days? Stop whining and call your insurance agent ASAP!
