Granada was and can be again a wonderful place to live. I understnad that when new management does take over a property it takes them awhile to get settled and have everything running smoothly but while that is happening they should treat the residents they have with kindness and appreciation. It's nice that they are freindly to you in person but beyond that they need to be able to give out accurate information and follow thru with what they are telling us.
Someone should have the answers as to when all the amenities will be up and running again and when the activities will resume. Isn't that something the Property Manager should know'
The one team that is helpful and follows thru while being warm and friendly is the Maintenance Staff. They have managed to keep this property looking nice and their response is quick when there is a problem. They are the only good thing that MPA has going for them right now.

Management has told me that the reason the activities have not yet resumed is that they are having a hard time finding a Social Director. All the candidates so far have been over-qualified. The position does not pay as much as those candidates would demand.

You will never get an answer from the MPA team. They always play dumb so their not responsible for things that are going wrong here. When you first sign up, you would think they are the nicest people, then after that they don't even know you. poor management...I just signed a lease and when my lease is up, I am leaving.
