Stay Away From Granda

Granada Highlands was a great place to live at before Equity took over. I have never seen a bunch of useless office people like these in my life. Every time I had an issue the staff had offered no help. Property managers constantly replaced. They would charge you if you wanted a pet(pet deposit and a monthly fee on top of the rent every month). One laundry room per floor. If there were issues with the laundry equipment they didnt want to get involved and would direct you to the laundry equipment vendor. The only help came from the maintenance staff, and they did a great job. If your planning to leave make sure the apartment is spotless and you take pictures, or say bye bye to your deposit.
For the rent they charge you can find better and newer locations in the area.
