The snow is not shoveled on time..I use the back entrance to leave to work sometimes after 6:00 am and I always have hard time getting to my car. I once fell down because of the ice... My wife did too around 10 am...Maybe they need a lawsuit to finally get things done....
The funny thing is that they now want us to remove satellite dishes from the balconies...
I rented at this place especially to get the dish, otherwise I wouldn't.....
The machines in the Gym are mostly broken......
and many many other things.....It is not worth the high price..

The amenities that Granada Highlands had were basically part of the previous ownership, when our economy was more prosperous. There was never any guarantee that these would continue either with them or under future owners, should the economy lapse. Now gasoline and oil are at their highest prices in history, so what was done 2 or 3 years ago no longer may be feasible. We are very fortunate to be living in such comfortable, quiet, and safe surroundings considering what is happening to the U.S. economy! As for the Media Room, everything has to "go Digital" by Feb. 2009, so it may be already be obsolete and would need a multi-million $ renovation, something that may not be feasible right now, given that there are more important needs on the property. Computers and multi-media rooms constantly have to be up-graded in order to function and right now, that is probably a very expensive undertaking. Considering the times we're living in and how much alot of people are suffering in many sections of the U.S. (floods, wildfires, tornadoes), we are extremely fortunate to be living here at Granada Highlands! We have peace, safety, large comfortable rooms, modern kitchens and bathrooms and the freedom to pursue our own hobbies. (There are tennis courts, a swimming pool, squash court, etc). Enjoy!
