I have lived here for more than 2.5 yrs and gone are the good days. Things are on the fall since MPA took over the management from Equity. Some of the problems I faced.
leasing consultants are the most uncourteous bunch of people I have ever dealt with. I often feel offended dealing with them; they treat you like ---- (don't know it could be because they don't like cultural background!). Manager - ----- - is inflexible and too difficult to deal with. She looses her temper often (two ocassions with me) and once told me 'dont waste my time'. This statement came without listening or understanding what I was trying to say.
Service requests are not attended in time. You have to make atleast 3 calls and their standard respose is "the request is not in the system, I'll log it now". I think its their management style for delaying things. This has happened to us not once, twice but atleast on 3 occasions.
They charge you $50 extra for so called "garage" but all spots in the garage leaks even during light rains (its a mess during heavy rains/snow)
And did I tell you rents for two bed apts are $1700-$1800..
They have one tiny pool for some 1000 apartments. Don't even think of getting in the pool..its so damn crowded.
About tennis courts, just two of them and the net was broken for quite a few months. They put the net after 3-4 months but one of the nets broke again. I have complaint 5 times in past 1.5 month but in vain.

Two of my friends lost their GPS..someone broke the passenger window and took the GPS which was hidden in glove box. There is some insider watching all your moves!!
Equity was better...we miss them!
And Did I tell you there are Ants and carpet bugs (big size and really scary)in these apartments. Inspite of several calls they send exterminator who does nothing but sprays a place or two that's it.
Elevators stink (dogs pee), people dont clean after dogs, one elevator is usually down. To my dismay 2nd elevator also went down for one day and I saw an elderly handicapped man trying to climb stairs and reach 2nd floor..so sad.
If you still decide to move in, please avoid Building ---. They have bed bugs in many if not all apartments. I've friends living there who gave this feedback.
