The so called multimedia room has not been opened in Months. the so called social director isn't doing his job. the new company that purchased the property is sinking money into a new cobblestone drive way when they should be investing it into the improving the nescesities of the building. the wall air conditioners are old and falling apart, but the staff will not replace them. the kitchen appliances are old and definately not energy efficient nor are they working properly. it looks like the company wants to make the outside appealing but is neglecting the inside where it really counts. DO NOT MOVE HERE. YOU'LL BE SORRY!

Agreed! It IS immature to complain!!! We can make our own social programs-we have cable TV. If we don't like it, all we have to do is move, so what is the real problem? If you buy a product and you don't like it, you return it and purchase something else; the same goes for renting. If you have a roof over your head in a world in which over 75% of human beings don't have one (think Zimbabwe, Bangladesh, Iraq, Afghanistan, China after the earthquake, etc,) you have alot to be thankful for! Rajnoma ( she had an "awakening", a change of heart! No more complaining!) By the way, Citypepper, you are fortunate to be an owner. You could live in one of your own buildings and not even have to pay, one would think. My previous landlord lived in one of his own apartments for years, here in Mass. He owned several blocks of apt. buildings in town. Not really my business, but if I had a building, I'd probably live in it and save some bucks. Also, you can keep an eye on your tenants! (Not all landlords are ogres and not all tenants are angels!)I am not anti-landlord; there are some tenants who ruin a property for everybody else with destructiveness, noise, etc. and should be evicted. I feel that the eviction process should be made simpler and easier for landlords. It can take over a year to get rid of an undesirable tenant in this state (so I've been told). That makes it rough on the good tenants.

Rajnoma, Sorry I never saw this response here. As for property in the Bronx, it is over 200 miles away. Surely you don't think I would be here if I could be there. Soon, it will be 2000 miles away. When my fiance and I can stop moving around so much, we will buy property wherever we settle. In the meantime, it is easy enough to manage a property as small as mine from a distance.
