We;ve lived here since September and have had nothing but problems since day 1. We had comcast come to set up internet/cable, and the cable outlet behind the tv was a phony jack, meaning it had the plate on the wall, but no wires inside! So, we have a cable wire running from the kitchen in front of our front door and our sliding door. Not safe at all! We've contacted the office several times and they keep saying theyre not responsible and to call comcast, but comcast is saying to call the office, so it's a constant battle! We've also complained about mold 3 weeks ago around our windows (they're not sealed properly), and the office said they'll send someone over "right away". Well, we have yet to see anyone fix it. Also, icicles form INSIDE our bedroom window because of it as well. I called yesterday too because since we moved in there has always been garbage all over the lawns, in front of and in back of the buildings. GROSS! Again, the office says they'll call maintenance right away,but days later, nothing's changed and the trash is still there. DO NOT MOVE HERE! The management is completely incompetant and will scheme you into anything to sign the lease.

We live in a smaller building, a "garden style" apartment, meaning it's only 3 floors high, so it's very quiet. Word is that the people in the high rises aren't as lucky, but I can't speak from experience.
