The entire complex is infested with bedbugs that will bite you as you sleep: management is not interested in fixing the problem

The entire complex is currently infested with bedbugs, which look like small roaches. They are active at night and will invade your home and bite you, leaving incredibly itchy welts that may cause severe allergic reactions. The MPA management is not effectively addressing the problem, to the point where people in the office are not aware that everybody is infested. It started in September but the first time there was any building-wide treatment at all was December - treating individual apartments does not work because bedbugs will migrate through the walls.
They are nearly impossible to get rid of permanently and tenants are moving out in droves. If you want to be eaten alive by bugs as you try to get a good night's sleep, enjoy living in this total --------.
NEVER RENT HERE. They will likely be completely unable to ever satisfactorily remove the bugs, and if you aren't careful, you can take the bugs with you when you move.

Oh my gosh. I was thinking of looking at a studio there, but not any more. Thanks.
