just read the other reviews and got a big laugh.there sure are a lot of whiny complainers in the world. i wonder what they would do if they had a real problem. while i lived there, i had very few issues. just day to day stuff. never heard my neighbors and loved that heat and hot water bill was taken care of.

no need to make it personal, we're all gonna have different opinions. You must be the toughest guy in Malden, good for you! What types of real problems do you encounter in your own life? Your freezer doesn't fit enough steak in it? Your drywall collapsed from the weight of animal heads you've amassed from hunting game with rocket propelled grenades? noise here is fine, I agree. Of course, by heat and hot water being taken care of you must mean it's convenient that you don't have to buy an extra stamp every month to pay your heating bill. Well, I disagree with the toughest guy in Malden. I have mold MPA doesn't care about, upstairs neighbors I can suddenly hear all day and night, it bothers me that the gym is filthy and run-down, it bothers me that so much of the outdoor lighting is out since MPA took over, it bothers me that MPA closed the sauna and steam room, it bothers me that MPA made the dog run unusable. It bothers me to have so much less, and constantly pay more. I'm not whiner or a weakling, I just like to get more value for my money, especially since we were quite satisfied when we first moved here under the management of Equity. We feel cheated, and we're moving as soon as possible!

Whiny complainers? I expect a lot from a supposed "luxury community" hence the term Luxury. Thats why 1350. per month for a 1 bedroom this far from Boston, over a toll bridge, SHOULD be performing to match the cost. AS A MATTER OF FACT, I WOULDN'T AT ALL BE SURPRISED IF THIS WAS A LEASING AGENT THAT WROTE THIS REVIEW, AS I HAPPEN TO KNOW MY LEASING AGENT HAS BEEN LIVING HERE JUST AROUND 6 YEARS. Funny that huh. BUT, I bet whenever she needs a repair, it happens that same hour. Unlike my repair issues that are still unresolved from my move in (5 months ago). And I won't post anonymously because I haven't said anything full of S#!t either. - Read "Lowest quality Luxury community" review for a factual review from a real/current tennant. -
