Once you are a resident, you will realize management staffs are rude. MPA is increasing rents over $100/month even in this economy and are not willing to negotiate.
Stay away.

Myself and my girlfriend COMPLETELY agree. We tried to sublet, however that is not allowed , we tried to find suitable tenants to take over the lease, not allowed. We will NOT be renewing our lease even if they offered us 3 months free. The office manager herself has ZERO customer service and frankly could care less. I will not post anonymously because I have stated all fact. Do Not Move Here. -Anywhere else but here.- You've been warned.

I love this place! I love the managers in the office. I love the property, It' fun living here. I'm just renewing my lease and I didn't get $100 increase? I only got $30
