My fiance and I moved in to Granada about 2 years ago and since then got married and now pregnant with our first child. We couldnt be any happier with our spacious appartment and the beautiful views we have of Boston. All the ameneties that Granada has to offer are always available to its residence and always kept up to high standards. Never a problem with parking.....and very well plowed during the winter. The office staff and maintanance staff are very very friendly and super helpfull. Any issues we might have had, have always gotten resolved very quickly.
I HIGHLY RECOMEND GRANADA!!!!!!!

I am truly glad that your review is a positive one. After being yelled at by the property manager herself on numerous occasions (because of my fustration with being unable to shower for 3 weeks at move in as our shower diverter was broken and they refused to do anything other than order the part- LOWE's is about 4 blocks away-) and still not having our apartment fixed after many calls, visits and messages sent to corporate, you truly have experienced a different side of management compared to all the other reviews posted before yours. I don't blame you for loving this place if all your needs are being met. As for mine: None in the slightest! I have lived in many apartments since I was 16 and I must say, even in the not so good places I've lived, management was always good, honest, and quick to resolve. But NOT here! Not for us! We will NOT be renewing our lease period. P.S. your box ratings above are inflated and you know it.

hey lookin4fun ! You are only 17 and you can sign the lease? one of your othre post said that you lived here since 2008. i live here too and want to use the gym but they said I was under ageto be on the contract. there jerks! Did you get a key card to get in? They are always kincking my butt out.
