Do yourself a favor and run as fast as you can AWAY from this place. We have lived here for 13 years, and are currently looking to buy almost anything to get out of here. Since old man Flatley sold the place it has gone steadily down hill. The quality of the people they are renting to will make you shudder!!! Everything is dirtier and smellier than ever! While the management keeps sinking money into making the 'Outside' look 'beautiful', they are letting the insides ROT!!!!! There are bugs in the apartments.
They allow people to have dogs, and there is dog ---- everywhere. The childrens playground is often covered in broken glass.
I urge you to NEVER, EVER live anywhere where you can't have your own washer and dryer. ( the one on my floor has been broken for one month so far). In short, this place has become Maldens Low rent Housing Project!!!!!!! RUN, RUN RUN!!!!!

I agree, I have noticed a lot more "hommies" bumping their car radios as they drive through. I see and hear them all as I live right near the entrance. Besides that, I pay 1350 for a one bedroom in Malden with poorly managed property. (except for the visual appearance of the grounds) For 1350/month, I could have lived in the actual Boston area. Probably wouldn't have had a bad landlord as well. I guarantee I will not be renewing my lease. Tenant since 2008.
