I've been living in Granada Highlands for about two years now. When I moved in it was the best deal around, (they gave me one month free and then money off my first months rent). I have looked around recently to see what's out there and it seems that it's still the best deal for the money. My utilites are included, most places dont incluide them anymore. And I have parking for my two cars and husbands bike no problem. I will be renewing my lease in July for another year.

As far as the other reviews that i've seen on here, I have no idea what these people are talking about. I've never seen or herd of mice in my apartment or neighbors apartments. The office staff is alright, the maintance is good too. The pool is wicked big and there's a nice gym etc.

what, do you work here? You're too zealous about your experience to sound genuine, no authentic tenant who actually had a good experience would degrade someone elses testimony whose experience has fallen short of yours. Regardless of your allegations that this place is "the best deal around" don't ever proceed to know the type of BS some of the rest of us have encountered here. What kind of a schmuck thinks spending 1600 bucks a month on rent is the best deal around? To boot, for the rest of us who have had issues with bugs, rodents, rubbish and maintenance- we feel disrespected. You understand that the "utilities" you are provided are merely heat which is grossed into your monthly rent. Have a wonderful day in la la land, schmuck.

They have to give you money off because no one in their right mind would pay full price to live in swill...Solid apartment complexes don't need to make concessions to attract tenants......

the pool is "wicked big"? it's 4ft deep in the "deep end". literally. the pool is only 48" deep.

Been here 2 1/2 yrs, loved it under Equity. MPA is terrible to deal with. Office employee (understand related to one of the owners) extremely rude. Problem with mice twice, second time I was told "they don't bother you", turns out there is a 4" space under cabinets, opened from 8th floor to garage. Constant plumbing problems. Master bath constantly clogged, last time it clogged it was late at night, didn't want to bother them, the next morning I called and Ms. ----- told me I had two bathrooms, use the other one! I had to call back twice before someone would call maintenance. Rent went up over $100 per month the last time I signed the lease and I was told it would be going up even more at the end of this lease. I'm paying $1600 a month now and I have an older apartment (that means built in the early 70's). Part of the advertisement for Granada Highlands was the fact that we had a convenience store on the premises. MPA closed it. Lease said for each occupant you could bring one guest to the pool. MPA is now charging for quests.
