I don't know why all the other reviews about Granaga Highlands are sad that its not good but it is. The lobby may be a extremly dirty and the maintenance may also be horribe but other than that this apartment is totally awesome. This apartment features a gated community, a peaceful pond, clubhouse, oylimpic sized swimming pool, clubhouse, movie theater, tennis court, basketball court, and much more. There is also a shuttle to the T. The price could be a little lower but if you're in a studio or a 1 bedroom its really nice. The floorplans are really unique and spacious.

The pond is still under reconstruction, going on a year now. The pool is tiny. It's minuscule, and cold! The community is fenced, but the gate (nor the fence ) are insurmountable obstacles, which is why auto theft and vandalism are rampant.

Rent a little high... HAHAHA just a bit OVERPRICED! tennis courts in bad shape, pool is tiny compared to residents- and NOT HEATED, raquetball courts are in total dismay, no social director, some room in the mens gym bathroom looks unsafe, womens bathroom sauna didn't work for the longest time if it does at all still, Mantenance NEVER comes to fix anything- but when they do it is a horrible job (I have much visual proof) guards do NOT patrol property, leasing agents are horrible at real customer service (post lease) no parking enforcement (people park in fire lanes, or where ever they feel like even with ample spots), laundry is $4.00 A LOAD- CREDIT CARD ONLY, MUST WALK TO LOAD MACHINE, ect, ect, ect, DO YOU REALLY LIVE HERE??????

what's peaceful about the pond, the bull dozer parked out front? Don't mislead people dude, what shuttle are you talking about- the 411 bus? The only thing less reliable than the 411 bus is my friend dennis who was late to his own graduation party. You also realize that the movie theatre requires a non refundable deposit as its a rented space, and what is the clubhouse? Was that the mom and pop shop that just got shut down and is now the empty space where we used to pick up our packages? I do however agree that the floor plans are unique. They're unique if you've never been in a rectangular room with white walls before. I completely agree with the others who have found your posting strange and hilarious, it's almost like it's opposite day and you're the winner! way to go!

He is most likely one of the "office demons" disguised as a tenant..lmao! Give him a break, he probably relies on writing false reviews as his job depends on getting tenants to occupy these slum apartments.
