I don't understand why all the reviewers rant and rave about this place. I am not part of management so don't need to go there. I lived here when Equity owned it and they didn't care at all, they were horrible, my requests never got done, calls never returned. nothing. Now it seems like this company cares. Not perfect, still issues, but there have been major improvements in the last year or so. Pool area is great, Pond is a million times better and I can still see they are doing stuff, new hallways, are much better than the old dirty carpet that was there before and the lights are much nicer. I think everyone needs to stop being so dramatic who comes on this website and just posting garbage to be heard. This issue is on the internet everywhere, it's ridiculous. I'm sure all of the same people would complain no matter where they lived because they like to rant and rave. I recommend this place to my friends because I think it's one of the better communities in the area.

Anyone who goes on and says specifically "I am not management", most likely is. Also, people raved about Equity and how it all went downhill once MPA took over.

hey happily moved out - because our security deposit is tied up with Granadas sub-par accounting department. As we know they'll stoop to any level to chew their tenants out of money, why would I shoot myself in the foot and leave my name? Is it your understanding that human beings post scathing messages against properties they dont inhabit? Are you under the impression that robots have taken over the internet and are corrupting message boards with faulty reviews? Or maybe I am a puppet that just sprung to life. Why don't you see if Walmart can sell you a brain while the sales are still pumping.
