There are several great aspects about living here. It's clean and the other tenants seem very polite and friendly. Malden is a sweet town and the apartment is convenient to the T and several stores. I've never had any maintenance requests, so I can't comment on this. Bad aspects: When I initially moved in, they also charged me more than what the pro-rated amount should have been. And I had difficulty with my "last month's" deposit. Although I gave them over 30 days notice when I wanted to move out, they still made me pay an extra month's rent'''' I never got a copy of my lease because they said the machine was broken when I signed. Management keeps office hours very inconsistently and aren't open when they say they are. The postal carrier, UPS, FedEx, etc., leave magazines and packages out in the open; there were several packages I did not receive because of this. So, I think it would be okay to live here, just read your lease carefully before you sign, keep a copy of it, and be explicit in all your financial arrangements with managment--make sure they don't try to overcharge you.
