33 & 36 Maple Street, there are a lot of mice and bugs in this two building. Onece there was a dead mouse lying on the corridor for one week, nobody took care of it. If you complained to Rose Marai, she will argue with you and put all faults on you. The room temperature is freezing. She alwsys cheated people even though she often said "we respect people". She is the biggest lier and ----- I ever met. The smile on her face can not cover her real greedy heart. All good words you read in other people's review is not true. While I was living here, I never heard anybody saying any good words about here. Be careful..... stay away from her. Her heart is full of evil. Never believe her!

The building gets exterminated once a month. The building gets washed once a week. It is always clean when you walk thru. The office staff is always very pleasant and courteous. I have lived in this building for over l0 yrs and have yet to have a problem with the office. The only people that complain are the ones that are looking for free rent so create problems. It funny how the buildings are always full, Rosemarie must be doing something right.
