I RENTED FROM ROSEMARIE FOR TWO YEARS, EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAD A PROBLEM, WHETHER IT BE THE REFRIDGERATOR, THE WINDOWS OR CRACKS IN THE FLOOR, SHE BLAMED ME! sHE REFUSED TO FIX ANY OF THE PROBLEMS AND NEVER DID ANY UPKEEP TO THE LANDSCAPE AROUND THE APARTMENTS. IF YOU WANT TO LIVE IN A FILTHY APARTMENT WITH BUGS AND A LANDLORD WHO THINKS SHE'S TOO DAMN GOOD TO FIX HER PROBLEMS, I SUGGEST YOU RENT FROM THIS WOMAN. OTHERWISE, STAY AWAY, NEVER RENT FROM HER! SHE'S A TERRIBLE LANDLORD - I'M SORRY, A SLUMLORD!
