The location is good (close to T station) and the price is low. But the landlord is awful. Rosemary, the landlord, was very nice before signing the contract, but after signing and paying, she showed her ugly face to us. She was really rude and a professional lier.
I will never go back there even if the price is half the current one.
Be careful.
Don't stay there.
Don't let her cheat on you before signing the contract.
