Mice has been a problem in this building for over a year. They used to say that since the furniture store next door was abolished, we've got all the mice. Now, they're blaming the residents, saying them some of them are too dirty, and mice finds its way somehow. I don't buy that. The management did their best not to call an exterminator for a while, and they only worked on the apartments which claimed they had mice. No building-wide treatment was made up to date.

If you've got garage parking, it;s likely that you will use the 'G' floor to get to your car. This means that you'll have to keep breathing the stinky trash while waiting for the elevator, since the management does not install any sort of fan that would keep the smell away. They use the air fresheners, which really smells horrible when mixed with trash.

If you're willing to live with mice, I think the rent is pretty good. They ususally have deals where they offer the first and last month for free. The place is pretty close to T, and has easy access to I-93, Rt 28 and Rt 99 if you're driving.

Maintenance guy (Jerry) is a great person. He'll do pretty much anything if you communicate with him in a friendly manner. This does not make up for the lack of responsiveness of the management, though.
