I will simply list down the facts, you decide yourself if it is what you want

1. Mice heaven : Recently a mouse died in my room and the house starting stinking.

2. Rude Management : They are rude in talking and interestingly they manage to be rude with everybody! what a gift!!

3. Irresponsible Security : If the apartment office is closed the UPS person will not leave the package with security, because he considers them too irresponsible to be handed the package. Your package may end up being returned because there is no one to accept it in your absense ...what a mess!

4. The wooden shelves in kitchen are good. I like them.

5. Balconies are good, I liked them too!

6. There is a big space for shoes. That was cool!

7. Don't expect any maintainence.

8. Security guards keep chaning every 3 months. That way you never get bored seeing the same person.

9. Every other day both the elevators start working. Otherwise only one elevator works. You will have interesting conversation with people in elevators, asking them if this elevator is going up or down, b'cause there is no clear sign for you to find out from outside. The digital display showing which floor the elevator is on, is very interesting. It displays 13 for one elevator all the times, even when elevator is working.
