HUGE micro red ants problem. Opened my bedroom closet one day and they had completely taken over...ALL OVER MY CLOTHES, the walls, floor, everywhere. Mgmt said they came with the new toilet from Texas a few years before and they had a problem getting rid of them. It was so bad, i tried calling Terminix myself (I was willing to pay) Guy told me wasn't worth my money because they would come right back unless the entire building was bombed with extermination.
Then there's the mice (not mouse problem) this was seriously an issue for me. I thought I was going to have a heart attack literally. My place was always clean and i never left food or dishes around. Finally, after some checking around, it seems beneath the Maden Sq area lies an abandoned sewer water system. It wasn't used in many years, but it was removed either. This is the kingdom to which these creatures reside.
Regardless of convenience, my wellbeing just wasn't worth having to deal with that.

Maintenance guy was very nice and helpful but he's only allowed to do so much.
