The manager here thinks the residents are staying for free. No respect what so ever for the tenants.
No maintenance. They consider toilet bowl logging as a trivival issue, and promise to solve that in two or three days.
Building is very old, weak electrical outlets, old cables for phones, tv causing signal loss and noise.
