Just inquire about this place with tenants not just take decision based on the looks of the apartment.
Pros- spacious, nice boston skyline views, convinient to T and other places.

Cons- apt manger is terrible, very rude, irresponsive, its true rats are everwhere even if you are in 18th floor, air conditioning will only be turned on from June 15 to sep 14, maintainance is poor, If you are planing for home office forget about this apt as manager drives crazy all the delivery guys. Manager is good and responsive only if you kneel and pray to her. Your relative mails won't gets delivered. only 8 visitor parking space for whole 124 units, street parking is hell.

so think outside highrise before you hop in.

why doesnt someone do something about the rats it sounds like poor maintenance and bad management
