The building manager is quite possibly one of the most obnoxious people you could ever meet, loud, rude and aggressive to virtually everyone unless you're a prospective tenant, then she's as nice as pie. Once the lease is signed and she's got your check you're just one of the masses to scream and yell at in public areas. She knows nothing about professionalism or decurum. If she has an issue, she'll shout all about it across public spaces and air your laundry to one and all. All this on top of wall-to-wall ants in the summer, mice running across your feet (I think I caught about 8) as you watch TV, and 2 elevators so old and decrepit that when they're working (one breaks every week) you can celebrate multiple birthdays waiting for them. The only decent thing about the place is the undergroubd parking. Disgusting place, so glad I'm out. Do youself a favor and avoid this place.

I totally agree, She will try to scam you out of your security deposit. And tries to take away your freedom of speech, Maintenance is a joke and does not exist.She also lets workers work 24hrs a day banging walls and using power tools so you cant sleep. She is NEVER here when you need her for something, makes her own hours. security evesdrops on tenants then reports everything you say to her. they are her "eyes and ears" she said. security lets cars park in the fire lane right next to bedroom windows and make noise 24/7. Security also will go in tenants apartment and drink beer on the job. The exterminator is here at least 4 days a week for roaches, mice, ants. She will not turn the heat on in the hallways even on the coldest winter days. She shut the air conditioner off during a 5 day heatwave and made the tenants suffocate as the apartments went over 100 degrees. She also said she hates Irish and Australian people. She wants to know whats in the packages you receive from deliveries and how much thay cost. And calls you a sneak if you use the back door. TOO many problems to list, You've been warned
