Terrible!

The Good:
Great view, if you live on the higher levels. Apartments are rather spacious, balcony in every unit (besides first couple floors'). Wash/Dryer on every floor. Location is great, fairly close to the Malden Center T station. Convenient store across the street, CVS is also close by. Heating, it can get fairly hot (during winter) in the apartments which is nice for some but not for all of course, matter of preference. Trash Chute, no need for those Malden trashbags!! That's pretty much it for good stuff...Oh, the people who live here are rather friendly.
The bad:
Parking spots, you usually can get a spot, the upkeep of the spots however are terrible.... during snow conditions the numbers get hidden and people just park where ever.
Two elevators, 20 floors (including G and GR level, 18 residential floors), one frequently out of service and not always the same one. The left elevator is a bit better due to the feature of if you push your floor button the door immediately closes as compared to the right where you have to wait for the door to close on its own. The whole elevator system is flawed and should be re-programmed. The level indicators for each elevator on each floor telling you where the elevator is, displays the numbers 10, 11, 12, 13 then 22, 24, 26... ONLY (*note* 18 floors). Had experienced a wait of a total of 7-8 minutes to get the elevator to my floor back down to the 1st because one of the elevators weren't working. (I can get from Malden to Brookline in roughly 20 minutes without traffic, that is about 1/3 of the time equivalent to waiting for that elevator)
Swimming pool, [sarcasm] I think I could go for a world record in fastest lap from one end to the other and back 20 times[end sarcasm]. The pool is very small as well as the fitness center.
Showering before work around 8am' Be ready to take a shower in room temperature water, same feeling like jumping into a pool the first time but instead throughout the entire shower. Sometimes even during the afternoon!!
I can't say this for all units, but at least in my unit, the doors to the bedrooms have no locking mechanism what so ever... best bet' move a chest to block the door.
The absolutely worst:
The manager, Sara, seems to be very nice at first, but turns a 180 after you have moved in. She is over the top rude and speaks in a very condescending tone. Will put on a show for her relatives (who also live in this building) by being as arrogant as humanly possible. Office hours posted are for show... she comes in whenever she feels like it, causing me (and probably others) to miss important packages because quite frankly we can't wait around all day for her to open the office. The only way to get your packages (that don't fit the mailbox) is through the office which is conveniently closed the majority of the time. Clearly does not show she has any form or understanding of being in a management position, the lack of professionalism is astounding, I'm surprised that higher management hasn't read these reviews and fired her already. Best way to describe her : tyrant.
I DO NOT IN ANY WAY OR FORM RECOMMEND THIS BUILDING UNLESS YOU KNOW YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE MANAGEMENT POST MOVING IN.
