I must say that i can attest to everyones reviews. i am a current tenant of Malden Gardens but hoping not for long. All the posts about roaches, mice, & bed bugs are all true! The elevators always being broken, True. When they arent broken someone is moving so just plan on a long wait, and theyre always the stairs! good luck for those who live on the higher floors! The parking situation....lost cause, if you plan on having visitors good luck with that as well. You can bet your behind that they WILL be interrogated upon arrival/departure by who you ask'! thats right none other than the miserable (explicit) herself. Everything that has been written i TOTALLY agree with, and thats putting it lightly, i can think of a few words to describe her and her behavior, unfortnately those words i can't post here. She has no problem with yelling, embarrissing, degrading you in front of everyone in the lobby at any time, she is very unprofessional rude, ignorant, loud, and should NOT be dealing with a building full of people. If you try to say something while being screamed at she WILL get louder. I have seen her do it to countless numbers of people, including myself. Not to mention the retaliation will start the day after, so watch your back. Because she does know everyones business and WILL NOT hesitate to let everyone else in the building know. If something is to ever go wrong in your apartment plan on waiting a while before it gets fixed. The lobby = daycare for those people that dont pay attention to their kids. Indoor pool...is nice when its clean, otherwise you get hair tangled all over you and no, its not yours its the other 30 peoples that were in there before you. A plus to living here is that it is a great location. Far enough away from the city but close enough to get there easily. T station about 2 blocks away. Stop and Shop and Walgreens Close by, Dunkin Donuts, Convienent Store across the street. YMCA around the corner. Also, there are really nice views from the balcony.

All in all...Good luck to those who do move here. Dont be fooled

With the price you have to pay for rent to live here, there's no reason what so ever that you should have to deal with any of this when you come home!
