All apartments are not the same. You are lucky if you are not on ground floor. Have seen rats in ground floor apartments, skunks around at night. Apartments in other levels are good.

we are told when we rent that we are responsible for maintenance in our apt. we get circulars ahead of time on what and what not to do, on what and when maintenance guys have planned to do something in the community etc. maintenance guys did a great job when we had problems with electrical sockets, sink and lights. mentioned about the problem morning and was fixed before we returned from work in the evening.

Rent is low (heat/hotwater included), yearly lease followed by month to month lease, pool is good, park is great for kids/children/all, Very convenient location to T station, shopping etc.. .

There is no gym, there is washer/dryer per block (not per floor).
