There is not much to say, but if you ever move into apartments managed by Collins Management be prepared for frustration. The management are the rudest, nastiest, unproffessional people you'll ever meet. They will never fix anything you ask for until you threaten them with rent money. They forget about your call immediately and never respond to messages. I hate them with a fire of thousand suns. I have dealt with them for over two years and I'm finally moving. Someday, people will complain to better buseness agency about them and they'll get shut down.
