My main problem with this apt was the reantal office people.

They are never there and though they have some kind of answering serivce they don't get back to you very promptly.
I was very frustrated when they did not turn on the AC (which is under their control since it is centralized) and we were having a heat wave and the temperatures rose upto 100 degrees.

And all these days of the heat wave the office was closed.

They would not come to work in the heat but they literally killed us and there was no one to complain about this.

There are a lot of families here with toddlers and what they did then was inhuman to people living here.

I pay 1400 a month and another 50 for parking and this was not what I expected.
The appliances are all very old but they seem to work adequately.

The carpetting is very cheap and poor quality.

The painting is also pretty poor and teh apt was not cleaned to my satisfaction when I first moved in.
But the brighter side is it is very close to the public transport and get some good views from the balcony.This would be the apt you want only when you hit a wasll in any others and have no where to go.

If you have found another one, I would say go for it.
