I am a kind of persons who does not want other person to come in my room when I am not at home, but generally maintenance people always come to fix something that does not need to fix more than 5 times in a year. Also I got notice from the office and it says that they are going to come in all rooms in an apartment to check our room whether we live cleanly and have hallogen lumps( our apartment are not allowed to use the lumps. why' I do not know!!). When we rent a room, I think I can do whatever I want
,of course I don't want to borther someone to sleep or something. But why they check our rooms without our permission''' That's why we pay deposit fee, right'''
One more thing that I have to complain. It is about Gym and cable tv. We have gym, indoor pool and sauna. In this year, gym, pool and sauna are closed. And I was asking the office about how long did it take, and they said that it taked 2 or 3 weeks. Well I was waiting for these for 6 months.
Also about cable tv. In instruction about Malden Gardens, it says ready cable. I don't think it can not say it is ready. Only 18th floor has popular cable company and under 18th floor there is only one choice such a local cable company which is very expensive( basic cable program is $36.95/mo and if you want to have most channel from them, you pay $66.80, isn't it expensive'').
Of course, you can not see visitors on tv if you don't join the menber of it. If you want to find an apartment, I do not recommand this apartment.
