Pleasant plaza is a great place to live. the apartments are spacious and clean. No problem till date. Lived there for a year. Swimming pool is indoor and is a great facility. Gym, sauna is also excellent. Parking is covered and is very convenient. Building has one of hte quickest elevators among many apartments I have lived in.
