Poor management and infrastucture weakness

Elevators break constantly. A/C system never gets turned on until mid June and turned off end of September, making it a tough few weeks prior and after. A/C breaks always during the sumemr at least twice. When this happens, management is very slow in getting it fixed (plan on at least two days) If you like extremely high temperatures in your apartment in the summer, then this is the place for you.

you all are crazy doesn't any one take the time to look up the law about a/c and high rises if you did you would'nt be making stupid statements like this
