Living at Pleasant Plaza is quite a deal for me. Our rent is reasonable because of the special they were running when we moved in and also, the building is really secure and safe. Diane can be a little rough at times with the residents but generally, she's reasonable.

I HATE the elevator. It breaks and it will play mind games with the residents. Whoever lives there knows what I am talking about. Safety is never compromised, don't get me wrong. The building is a bit old and the walls are thin so I hear the local fire trucks at night from time to time.

Given that this is Malden/Boston, overall Pleasant Plaza is the best of the worst.
