One of the two managers is Sara, who used to work in Malden Gardens.
You may check out the reviews of the Malden Gardens complaining about her.
To be honest I do not like her.
But the other manager, Rick, is nice and helpful.
This apartment is in great location, does not have pest problems and maintenance is OK.

Is Sara out of Malden Gardens ? tenants of Malden Garden might be throwing a party :-)

Sara is not out of Malden Gardens, she is now troubling both the buildings. Rick is not accessable most of the time. Dont count on him. Just read about Sara and see if you want to deal with living monster.
