Costly option with horrible manager

In my previous review i mentioned about new manager. As others wrote she is not considerate at all.
I want to write about some comparison with other apartments around Boston. I am writing considering international population in/around these apartments:
1. Pleasant Plaza, Malden - 1BR costs $1300-1400 parking $ 35-50 per month.
Pros: nicely maintained building; walking to Malden Orange line, stop n shop, cvs, walgreen, india bazaar and other shops.
Con:Costly compare to other options; Horrible, inconsiderate Manager;
2. Malden Towers, Malden - 1BR costs 1200-1300 parking $25-35 per month. Over 1 year you will save $ 1200-1500.
Pros: walking to Malden Orange line, stop n shop, cvs, walgreen, india bazaar and other shops.
Cons: maintenance of building is horrible, including slow/not working elevator.
3. Faxon Commons, Quincy - 1BR costs 1000-1100 parking $25 per month. Over 1 year you will save $3000-4000.
Pros: Very cheap. walking to Walmart, other shops.
Cons: you need to take bus to Quincy station.
4. Harbor point apartment, Dorchester (near Red line JFK-Umass station) - 1BR costs 1100-1200 parking per month
Pros: cheap. near sea front. Lots of international community.
Cons: long walk to JFK station, shops near JFK. Even though it safe in and around this apartment and walk to station, the name (Dorchester) is not good. However it is safe area.
