If you want to live in a jail, come and live here. You will have to do everything as per building manager and security people. You can't walk in building, touch anything outside your apartment without their permission.
It is a good building with good apartments, but the worst management. Security and staff is so rude and ill mannered, you would never want to deal with them. And now this building has the most infamous building manager from Malden Garden, Sara Gross (Please see reviews on Malden Garden to read more about this manager).
Never come to this building. You will not be treated as humans. I am leaving this place soon.
Below are the reasons of my ratings:
- Parking is just enough for 1 car per apartment. Good thing is it is underground. But, many parking spots barely gives you space to open the door only from one side. Also, it looks like never maintained or painted. There are sharp turns & blind spots with high possibilities of accidents.
- People in building do not make noise but there are pubs around in the area, you will not be able to sleep on Friday and Saturday nights.
- When you walk into the building, there is open area, not maintained at all.
- With such worst security personnals, no one can feel secured in building. You will feel unsafe from them.
- Every now and then we have closet doors coming out. The doors are of very poor quality material. Carpet is the worst quality carpet i have seen, even if its new its really bad.
- Maintenance people are good but response time is very bad. Management doesnt respond to complaints fast enough.
- As to the main point of this rating, staff is really really bad. Dont go on face value. When we came to see the apartment, they were very friendly. Same people now behave so badly.
- Overall, I am moving out soon and will never recommand anyone a place like this. There are many more options in this area for same price.
