Poor, highly non-professional management

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Don't rent here if Kelly is still the manager. She will only manage to make your life miserable. The staff in the office changes every other month, that tells you how happy they are to have to work with this individual.
We heard complaints from all our neighbors. To have an idea of what your life will be if you decide to live here:
