Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
This apartment was not worth our time and money.
The location is horrible if you commute into Boston, we ended up having to wait for an unreliable bus or driving to Wellington and paying to park.
After 15 months of living there, the management decided to raise our rent 15%.
The laundry rooms are too small--2 machines for 24 apartments doesn't cut it.
The maintenance service never fixed our problems.
