AFTER READING SOME OF THE RECENT REVIEWS I WAS SCEPTICAL ABOUT MALDEN PARK PLACE,FORMELLY ARCHSTONE. TO MY PLEASANT SURPRISE A NEW CO. BOUGHT THE FACILITY A FEW MONTHS AGO AND ARE RUNNING A FIRST CLASS OPERATION. FOR THE SQ. FOOTAGE I'M PAYING HALF OF WHAT I WOULD IN BOSTON WITH FREE PARKING AND MINUTES TO THE TRAIN AND HEAT INCLUDED!! AND THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS GORGEOUS!!! WHAT A FIND.

you would think it is a really nice find...until you meet some of the scummy dirty neighbors that treat the place like crap. then you eventually will get sick of the extremely STUFFY hallways and apartment!!! the ACs are wicked OLD and they don't even work half the time. once you step out of yor apartment it feels like you are living in the projects. i hope the new owners renovate this whole place. i can't wait to get out of here once my lease is up!! don't be fooled this place is grungy!!

Are you living in a bubble ? If this is a first class operation, where did you live before ? If anything, it has gotten worse. Management does not communicate at all ! Closed the pool without letting anyone know. First blamed Archstone for bad construction then said there were too many kids and if they had to get a lifeguard, all of our rents would go way up. Of course, that means the handful of us that are NOT on section 8. As for your "gorgeous" manager, he probably has the worst attitude I've ever seen. Actually told one of the tenants that if you are on section 8, you are entitled to more updates in your apartment than if you pay your rent without aid. Those are the apartments that they are fixing. The rest of us, too bad ! Once he opens his mouth and the venom spits out, he's pretty darn ugly -Time to get new glasses honey !

LMFAO! That's the funniest thing I've heard all the day. I could make a sandwich with all the baloney the manager delivers. Mr. Bill Petras, you probably wrote this and aren't you the conceited one. You look like the wheel is spinning but the hamster is dead.

I have lived at Park Place for six years. It's time to move. The place gets worse every month. I have had five different managers and countless numbers of neighbors. The average tenant stays for less than a year. It has become a glorified housing project.

hahaha im dying. This is all true. Not the part about it being First Class, because if anything, its low class... but all about the building manager is true! What SCUM! hahahahaha
