This place has to be the best living experience in the local Malden area!! The units are extremely large and beautiful, the outside is well landscaped, and the community is excellent! Most of the Tenants are friendly, have lived here for years, and easy to get along with. The on site manager is the nicest guy and he really takes his job to heart! He tries to make this complex as nice as his home. His wife even has a local business a few blocks down the street where they give you a discount on dry cleaning and alternations ..What a bargain!! This really is luxury, apartment living at its finest. The on site maintenance guy lives on the property and is always around to lend a helping hand, even when he is on his own time. He is always helpful and at your service! He even has his wife helping the older, elderly tenants with things they find difficult, like brushing snow off of their cars, walking their pets and providing rides to the doctor s office ..again, all for free! This is not just apartment living, it is a special community. Come by Devir Street, park your car, and walk around the park like setting and look how exceptional this property is. The grounds are impeccable and the gated, security parking provides an off street spot for your car. If you have a minute, have the on site manager, Billy, show you a one or two bedroom unit, and see what these luxury apartments are all about. The over-sized units provide you with large rooms and more closet space then you can possibly fill! Most likely, you will have to see a unit that is being readied for a new tenant, because this place rents apartments so quickly, they don t even have a model to show you!!! The office is a fair representation of a one bedroom unit, and is always fresh and clean! The manager is on property daily from 9 to 5, and even here on Saturdays to meet the needs of the tenants. When you stop by, bring your check book, because once you see this place, you will want to live here, and the units rent so quickly, you will want to leave a deposit so you are sure to reserve one!!! For the size of the units, the off street parking, free heat and hot water, and multiple bathrooms, these air conditioned apartments are the best deal in town ..hands down!! When you come by, you will probably see the Manager out on the property , working hard to keep the place spotless, or you will see him helping the maintenance staff preparing an apartment for a new tenant. The owner of this place is a true property manager, who has no problem spending the money to keep the place above par as compared to other owners.
