Stay Away All I can say is I definitely wont' be renewing my lease. Shoddy construction, noisy neighbors, ineffective heating system, elevators constantly out of service, unresponsive management. I could go on, but I think you get the picture.

Building is Old and Needs Work but My Apartment is Huge and REALLY Cheap! Gym? What gym. The eqipment is outdated but I joined the Y which I can see from my window it's so close. Also I don't need to pay for parking because the train is a two minute walk. The building does need some work
