Don't ever go here - I have lived in gateway apt for 2 yrs. Apt is renovated relatively recently, the location is nice since it's in front of the T stationl. But it's actually very noisy if you are facing the T station. The worst part is that they took all the deposit for no reason. This place sucks... Rent does not include water & gas which alone came to 250- 300 $ every month during the major part of the year. In one month, water bill came to 250 when the apt was vacant for half month ! Ridiculous meters, no gym, swimming pool and no parking space if you have any

Cheap construction, constant problems Combined properties is a company you shouldn't have to deal EVER. The building seems nice at first, but it is only problems you will have to deal, such cold in winter, very hot summer, weird smells all the time. Do not move there.
