Beware! The owner is a disreputable character. There is next to no maintenance done on these 3 units he has in Manchester. He illegally charges application fees, he is known to charge for damages to apartments that doen't exist. He rarely returns security deposits.

BAD We have lived in the Magnolia Landing for nearly 2 years now. I cant wait for our lease to be up. We went all the way until December 21st with NO HEAT. After he "Fixed" the heat he raised our rent saying the cost of the heating system overhaul had to be passed onto the tennants. We
