It is okay. Just know that if you have a complaint about other tenants fighting and being extremely loud, do not waste your time talking to Barry (who is with Management).

Had a situation when I was living there and he was not professional in dealing with the tenants who were always fighting, yelling and stomping. Each time you complain it will only get worse (and low and behold he was friends with the tenant). So there is no anonymity.

These were not heavy walkers or occasionally fighters. These were people who should be classified as unruly people that should not be allowed to live in apartments with people who live above, beside or below them. SERIOUSLY. If you were sleeping during anytime of the day you would be awaken at any given time to the tenants ridiculous nonsense. They fought at least once a month. The huge fights would occur every 3 months with the shouting, stomping, fighting and anything else you can think of. The walls are not insulated well or made so that you can have some kind of privacy when talking. YES you can hear other apartments surrounding you with people snoring. SERIOUSLY.

The rent is good, that is what allowed me to stay for so long. The ONLY thing but when you factor in the banter of other tenants invading your private space early in the morning or late late night. I would say STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM TWIN OAKS VILLAGE. Remember any complaint you make will only get worse as Barry may be a friend to the tenant you complain about.

At first I would have recommended this community, but now after experiencing what I had and knowing that when I had guest over they too were annoyed and disgusted by the outright noise. I would NEVER recommend this place. Too Bad.
